The OFSDA organization is guided by a respected and experienced Board of Directors that provides overall policy direction and strategic leadership. The organization is supported by a team of dedicated and competent professionals who manage and implement its activities effectively. Day-to-day operations are overseen by a knowledgeable and experienced management team, led by the Executive Director & direct supervision by the program Director. The staff members possess diverse expertise in business administration, project management, social sciences, security, conflict resolution, and other specialized fields. Many of OFSDA’s key personnel have extensive experience and a deep understanding of the humanitarian and development context in Afghanistan. The organization operates under a comprehensive operational manual that governs its personnel, financial, and procurement policies, ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficiency in all its functions.
